Please make sure your old remote is identical to this one. This Remote only fits for control box CU358-2-L (check your control box's number first). No battery and instructions are included.

Pairing Method: Step 1: Unplug the power cord from the outlet. Wait about 5 seconds, then plug it back into the outlet. Perform Step 2 within 10 seconds of doing Step 1.
